I’m not sure if I just had a one off experience but I’m looking for a new nail place in Columbus and tried here. I got Kevin and he had to remove my existing acrylics. He was extremely rough even after I politely asked him to be gentle and cut me multiple times and was drilling way too far down on my nail beds. The front desk woman was sweet and didn’t make me pay but I’ve never had a worse experience with a tech.
