My experience at Nails TLC was great. It was my first time. I had an appointment at 4pm and they were ready for me. I was happy with the service I received and the technicians were professional.
This Under New Management Nails TLC is absolutely horrible. I paid $64 for a simple gel nails no tips and it started chipping within 3 to 4 days. I went back to get it fixed for three nails and the rude manager there now said that no they could not fix it nowhere and no other nail shop ever fixes their mistakes for free. I told him for as much money as I paid my nails are supposed to last at a minimum for 3 weeks. I told him nowhere have I gone in my nails have not lasted three to four weeks at a minimum. I got my nails done here by the older guy and not only were they uneven, most of the tips put on didn’t fit my nails and when I went back to ask for a fix, I got attitude!! From the younger guy. Needless to say I got up and left
I have been here twice after just moving to the area. The first time the gentleman did my nails, SNS, and they came out good and lasted for 4 weeks. So I came back and the second time was a totally different experience. I got a pedicure and SNS, which the woman who did my pedicure was so sweet and did a great job, but the other woman who did my SNS did not do the SNS correctly.
