Staff was kind. My daughter disliked her acrylic set as it didn’t come out like the picture showed. My hand massage lasted maybe 5 seconds. My gel was bubbling and peeled off the same day. Way overpriced. Too upset to even go back and ask for them to fix.

Service has gone downhill, chairs are broken & taped together, massage don't work on some of them, rushed work, not as clean, etc...I hate even leaving this review because I've always enjoyed there. Can't say the same now🥹

I wanted to give this place a shot. I normally don't complain about services but it really wasnt great. I wouldn't go back there. Place didn't look clean, I looked at 4 nail polishes and ended up with polish on my hands afterwards, as it seems they are not being cleaned/closed properly. Instead of wrapping each individual nail with foil, my hands were outstanding in a bowl with acetone and a paper towel to soak for 15min and "rub the polish off" myself... What I asked for and what I got looked nothing similar. My nail tech was extremely distracted by not only his phone but also a child running around the room my friend's nail tech had completely stopped doing her nails at one point to walk away to go check on the child. Nail Tech's were kind, but very distracted will not be going back. First pic is what I asked for a second pic is what I got.

Place was dirty and I did not feel confident that the tools being used were clean. The massage chair was broken and the “regular” nail polish selection was dusty and tired. Staff was nice but I won’t be back.
