I have been here twice. The first time me and my friends had an appointment for 5pm for all 4 of us called twice to book and confirm. My first friend wasn’t seated until 5:30 then I was seated at 6 the 3rd friend was seated at 6:30 and the 4th wasn’t even seated until 7:15. We were sitting waiting and told them we had an appointment and even got there at 4:50 early. It was 5:10 2 people walk in and got sat right away. 11am appointment. Stood for 9 minutes before someone said hello, how can I help you? Staff NOT friendly or welcoming. Felt rushed once seated. Not a pleasant nor relaxing experience. Will not return.
