The staff was flexible and friendly even once they got busy. Payed great attention to detail and good conversation. My mani and pedi was done very well with no steps skipped. I’ve been going here for over 10 years. I’ve never had too much of an issue until today. Horrible treatment from the nail tech- who is also the owner. First, she doesn’t do what I ask for and then tells me it’s not possible. Mind you all I asked for was a thin French manicure. Something I’ve gotten done THERE many times. The best nails day spa in Orlando
I have been coming here for over five years. Every single employee is well skilled, kind and accommodating.
I loved the way Mai did my pedicure and loved how Kim did my nails. Unfortunately, Kim doesn't honor appointments that she makes. I had a 11am fill appointment with Kim. Instead of coming over and doing my nails while I was getting my pedicure, she took another client and then expected me to wait.
