Helen has done my pedicure many times. In Nov she did a design and I loved it - made an appointment for end of Dec while sitting in the chair with Helen before I left. I come in today & want a design- she says “you didn’t make an appointment with me & the other lady doesn’t do a design”. The lady doing the pedicure doesn't even say hi- won’t be coming back-very poor customer relation skills :( I work too hard to not be happy with my special treat I give myself every once in awhile
