Helen has done my pedicure many times. In Nov she did a design and I loved it - made an appointment for end of Dec while sitting in the chair with Helen before I left. I come in today & want a design- she says “you didn’t make an appointment with me & the other lady doesn’t do a design”. The lady doing the pedicure doesn't even say hi- won’t be coming back-very poor customer relation skills :( I work too hard to not be happy with my special treat I give myself every once in awhile
Every time I go to this salon, my nails are always filed too short on the sides, so it makes them look like they are angled upwards. I love the guy who always does my nails, but the work is just not quality :(
I was in between appointments and needed a quick fill - they were able to fit me in and did such a wonderful job. My nails turned out perfect.
Called a few times to schedule a manicure and pedicure for my wedding and was told multiple times they weren’t taking appointments that far out and to call back a month before. Called a month before and now they’re fully booked.
