Now called "Carlita's Day Spa" in Independence, Ohio Walked in for a 90 minute massage after a hard job, to my surprise and perhaps should have sparked suspicion was taken right away. The open at ceiling (not private) room were loud and loud music and conversations happened during my treatment. Went to Carla Bella's new location in independence today and absolutely loved it!! Everyone was super friendly and the services were worth every penny! I have bad back problems and went in for a massage and left there feeling better then I've felt in a long time. The therapist was very specific to my needs and that was really appreciated. I can't wait to go back again!

Carla Bella day spa is one great place. People complain but those are the ones that are never satisfied about anything. She has a great staff that makes sure the clients are happy. She does have here license to provide her services. People are just mad because she has things going for herself that they want. I enjoy the time I spend at the spa. You should go in the spa for a massage to relax yourself.
When I had gotten a haircut with a very professional worker "Lee", she did my hair just the way that I wanted. I have went to little places like Best Cuts and other salons, but this one is just special to me. The workers there are very ready, professional, and ready, and when you walk in they will provide you with warm tea, water, coffee, ETC. Where to begin...? Carla Renee Horoszko may be without a doubt the WORST businesswoman EVER and definitely the slimiest, most fake person you will ever cross paths with. Her "positive energy" schtick is all b.s., treats her employees worst than her customers (if that's even possible!), curses at and berates her brood of children publicly inside the spa and in the adjoining parking lot. Worst Day Ever – This place was HORRIBLE. Her 4 year old daughter was there and running in circles the entire time! I went to get my hair highlighted and before hand asked what the total would be exactly so i could get money from the bank. Then when i went to pay she charged me an extra 50 because they put extra high lights in without even asking me! Then she charged me 30 to blow dry my hair, even when there was no styling involved. The ONLY thing this woman cares about is money, not customer service! Dont even bother!
A COMPLETE DISASTER – My first and only experience with Carla Bella Day Spa was a COMPLETE DISASTER!!! I purchased a 1-hr aromatherapy massage for $62.50 on DealChicken from Carla Bella Day Spa on 3/17/12. I made my appointment 3/19/12 @ 4:43pm with the owner and she asked me how I heard of the spa and I said "DealChicken". She told me to make sure I brought in the "2nd page" and I told her that I only had one certificate from the website that I printed out.
