Horrible, go somewhere else I had the worst experience in a spa at this place on Friday, 11/28. I did send an email to the owner, which I will share below, on Monday 12/1, with no response. -------------------- I wanted to share with you the horrible experience I had at your spa on Friday. Not sure why there are negative reviews out there - this place is a great escape... On my lunch break I was headed to Panera and stumbled across this cutelittle place. The boy at the front desk was so kind and helpful to me. I set up an appointment for a Primo Pedicure... and it was simply wonderful. The girls were so friendly and made me feel very relaxed ( the hand and foot massage during the pedi was so relaxing and the mask they put on the bottom of my feet left my feet feeling very smooth!) Horrible Service for the $$ I found a deal in Groupon for $89- it included a Shellac Manicure, Spa Pedicure and Aromatherapy Massage. I read the google reviews and decided to give this place a try. WORST DECISION EVER! They started off w the pedicure- not even average. You will think they would start you off with the Full body massage. Anyway, not a big deal. Horrible Management Horrible horrible horrible management. After reading reviews I was nervous but decided to give this place a try due to hearing they were turning things around since previous location. I was WRONG. First. I got a gelish manicure on Thursday before my wedding. I wanted white tips for pictures. Unfortunately the machine wasn't working and no one offered to finish them that day. Now called "Carlita's Day Spa" in Independence, Ohio Walked in for a 90 minute massage after a hard job, to my surprise and perhaps should have sparked suspicion was taken right away. The open at ceiling (not private) room were loud and loud music and conversations happened during my treatment. On the table my necklace was still on so I handed it to the masseuse, after I dressed in the very dark room (no light to turn on) I continued to have a pedicure and a wash and blow out, so I was there for more than a hour more.
