Nail tech ruined my beautiful nails. Came in for gel manicure she began by sawing off my gel nail polish instead of soaking. My nail bed is now uneven and will have to grow it out which will take at least 6 months. Beyond that my nails started chipping 1 week later normally my manicures last a whole month. Never again!
Stopped in for the first time today because my normal nail artist accidentally double booked…I will not be back. I expressed 4 times during early stages manicure that I was unhappy with black polish from previous manicure showing everywhere, was assured that it would be covered, and it wasn’t. Artist kept nicking my skin because she was looking all around and still running the drill. Every nail is crooked and there are bubbles everywhere in acrylic.
