Came here twice in a row The first time was fine, but 16 days later every dip nail had peeled off my nails This most recent trip, I was talked into things I didn’t ask for. I came in wanting short natural nails, and walked out with long almond shaped nails with chrome topping. Of course the price is told after you say yes to things (chrome was done on all 10 nails when they said “oh this is $15 extra that’s okay right?)

I will NEVER go here again. Worst experience ever with Mylan. I went in for a FILL IN full set and showed her a picture. I paid $120 & tipped $20 which I was fine with, by the time I got home my nails were peeling and bubbling and one nail split in half. Mylan texted me asking me for pictures and I responded the next day with pictures showing the bubbling and bad shaping of the nails and asked her for a cut down and polish change. The hidden fees are insane. It says $40 on their website for an acrylic fill in. My total before tip was $60 because she charged me $10 for “shaping them” when they were already coffin shaped, $5 for trimming down. Both of these have always been included in service at any other salon. She also charged me $5 for “extra long nails” which does not make sense if she charged me $5 for trimming.
