My experience was PHENOMENAL. My arm is in a sling due to a broken scapula, clavicle and 2 broken ribs. The staff there were so incredibly attentive to me, helping me find ways to keep my arm pain free while still giving me the best cat's eye nails I have ever gotten. The colors and the patterns are so stunning. I live 1.5 hours from this salon and only stopped because I had to fill some time while my friend was in a doctor's appointment, but I'd rather drive back to this salon than get my nails done in NY state.
I’ve been going here for over 2 years now and my nails alway come out great. However the last few months I’ve been charged extra at every visit. I usually pay $60 for a gel fill but then they always find a way to charge me more. When I get up to pay and question the price increase they claim a “nail was broken” or they had to “fix a few nails” which ends up costing me another $10-$20. My nails are never broken by the way! Best nail place around! They always do a beautiful and meticulous job for my daughter’s nails.
A definite-no go and not returning. Tried it for the first time. I sat down and made sure to tell the tech not to use a cuticle cutter at all-not for cutting or to even bring it out. "Don't use for anything." Within 2 minutes of sitting down, I turn my head and she is cutting away. NO REGARD. They talk about you while you're there, as well. Thank you google translate. I was nice about it and they were nice, too. However, easy to find a place that LISTENS and can accommodate an easy ask.
Not happy! Was looking for a place with better hours for me. First time I went my nails were gritty. You could see and feel sandy pieces within the nails. It seems they were not dusted off well before the polish. The gel was stuck to the sides of my skin. I decided to give them another try. After this gel manicure, I went out into the light and I could see little holes on the nails where the polish skipped over. I went back inside to have them fixed but they came out lumpy.
