I was getting a manicure and the person who did my manicure, asked to work on someone else for a couple of minutes because they needed a filling, and I said I was perfectly fine with it politely. She was very sweet to the other customer which I found very nice at first. When she came back after 10 minutes, she started to be very rude over time and seemed to be rushing my nails. I love how they turned out!! It didn’t hurt at all she was super gentle! I really like the shape and the color!! I provided her with a design and colors that I liked! She was excellent and executing it! Thank youuu Anna!! (:

Update 08/23/25 I came in today to have my enhancements removed and to get a manicure. I decided to give my nail beds some rest. I was asked to wait 15 minutes, no problem. Then, a certified nail tech (older woman) came up to me to ask again what I wanted done. When I told her, she just said no, and walked away. A gentleman, whom I am assuming was the manager, stated “oh, she doesn’t know how to remove acrylic.” How is she a certified nail technician and can’t remove the most basic of nail enhancements.
