I really liked the guy that did my nails since I started going to this nail shop. Thought I’d find a good place close to home…… boy was I wrong!!!! Went in today @2:45pm to get a repair done on one nail that I got done a couple of days ago. Was even willing to pay for it, was told by the owner to have a seat. Then proceeded to take all the people behind me for full sets. Sat there for 30 mins. People left and she never called on me to get my nail fixed. You could’ve just said you don’t do repairs. Just lost a customer.

I paid around $70 and im soo disappointed. My nails are already chipping and it’s been less than a week. The guy also painted them poorly not covering the entire nail or shaping them evenly when filing. He didn’t even file my thumb nails whatsoever. I can tell some of the nail techs actually take pride in their work but the one I got, I felt like he couldn’t care less. I tried this place out because the interior looked really clean and nice, and it is, but I wish I went to my usual place.

I got a fill in with chrome on medium length nails and it was $75 before tip. I've never paid that much. The top coat is blotchy like they used too much thinner. The salon itself is clean. Definitely won't be going back.
