My first visit was amazing ! However , when I went back for a second visit it was horrible. The older lady that greeted me was unwelcoming and rolled her eyes when greeting me. Then the nail tech that did my nails was rude and not friendly. It seemed as if all staff working was in a bad mood.
My nails always have to be fixed after the fact. After 3 days they look old. I asked the lady to cut my cuticles and she didn’t then had another girl cut them before the design was put on. My overlay is not a full week old. I’m just not satisfied.
First time coming here and I’m so glad I listened to the recommendation because the customer service was AMAZING they made me feel comfortable 🤍
They’re very nice and works hard on my nails and I’ll give this 10/10 Best service ever - Samantha
EYEBROW WAX - did a phenomenal job! Ambiance was top notch + modern + you wanna come back!!!! Can’t wait to come get nails and pedi done asap
