Upset. I’ve been coming every two weeks for the past 7 months. I never complain, I spend $140-$160 on both acrylic sets and pedicures with shellac. My tech was off so I saw another tech. The one time I was unhappy, and came back the very next day, asked for a polish change which is simple, I was charged another $30 after the manager said don’t worry about it. Susie took so much time and attention to get all the details I asked for just right- so appreciated and my nails are peeerfect!!
I typically go here and let Jenny do my nails on a regular at least once every three weeks for the last pass five months. I don’t know what happened. I asked for one thing and totally something different. Didn’t realize how bad it was until after I sent my best friend, the picture my nails. It was a new set of nails that was extremely thick, uneven and not professional. just not what I expected unfortunately I won’t be going back. So disappointing🙁🙁
