Very disappointed in the lack of customer service I received today from Nails of America Sugar Land. I walked in requesting a refill of the same builder gel polish that was used at my previous visit. I usually take a picture of what the nail tech uses when I like the result and that is what I showed the front desk when checking in. The manager let me know that the nail tech that did my builder gel manicure wasn't in that day, but they had a different product that was the same exact color and result just a different name. My favorite nail salon! They always do an amazing job.
My first time here and I loved Kevin I got a pedicure and it was amazing. I kept hearing that this place was good and I had to come check it out, I loved the environment! I came super early and it wasn’t crowded and everyone was super nice will definitely come back again!
