I always love my nails.
I live right next to this establishment and wanted to give it a try, but my experience was very disappointing. The manager was incredibly disrespectful, and her attitude only got worse when I asked about the back-to-school offer. She even refused to contact the owner for clarification. I ended up canceling my appointment because I was worried the service might reflect her poor demeanor. It’s unfortunate, because there are plenty of other nail salons that care about the whole customer experience—not just the nails.
