I visited this salon for gel refills. The tech was very hard to understand and put her face inches from mine to speak to me in a condescending manner. In my culture, that is considered rude and disrespectful. I asked her to snip a couple of small pieces of dry cuticle from around 2 nails...I was charged an extra $5 for this as a "manicure". That is ridiculous! When paying for "refills" the entire nail should look clean and complete, no hangnails or excess cuticle. My feet were rough before this appointment but Nomi worked her magic and made them so smooth. The scrub and massage felt amazing and my toes look super clean now. She was really kind and took her time which I appreciated.
The salon is always spotless, and the full back waxing I tried this visit was surprisingly comfortable.
I showed a picture of a cute design and Van matched it perfectly with her own twist. She's really creative and also great with powder. The way she blends colors is beautiful and I love how natural my nails still look.
Love getting my refill here. This time I also did under arms waxing—fast, painless, and spotless.
