March 23 2023 experienced total rudeness from two members of staff. This because the one and only nail I have to have an acrylic put on had come off after 16 days. Told them I was amazed as this always stayed on for 5 - 6 months and I cut and filed as it grew out over this time. They implied I was lying as this was impossible. I paid $75 for a French tip pendi and they didn’t even cut or shape my nails. Didn’t clean underneath them. The polish on one nail came off right away. And the last time I was there I paid extra for dead skin removal which they didn’t even do. Frustrated and annoyed. Won’t waste my money anymore when they consistently have bad service.
I got pedicure and shellac on my toes , manicure and nothing else and all together was $105 which made me made up my mind to never go there again .
Very expensive! I was having a pedicure and asked for them to remove skin on my heels, wasn’t told this would be an extra $10! Usually when I have a pedicure they do this in with this. Nails look nice and staff are friendly but I don’t like hidden charges and it’s very expensive in my opinion.
