Extremely disappointing and unprofessional — honestly a disturbing experience after being a client for about a year. I scheduled an appointment well in advance through their online booking system (which has already been changed once since I became a customer). A beautiful nail lounge. All the staff were kind and very patient. Emily did my nails and I absolutely love them! The best set I've ever gotten, genuinely. They provided complimentary tea/water for us and we're very caring of all the clients in the building. Of course I'm coming back for another set🧡
I've been coming here for a couple of years. Everyone is so kind and the salon is always clean with super cute decor. Katie is my go to tech and she does an incredible job. I have super thin nails and she makes every effort to keep them natural. She is also an incredible artist. The Eagles logo in the photo is free hand painted! My grandson also loves it here.
