Not worth $110. I repeatedly asked for nails to be fixed during process, I was already there for almost an hour and a half and didn't have time to keep asking for him to fix every little thing. No nail or cuticle cleaning for hands and feet. It didn't feel like what a good manicure and pedicure should feel like. I wont be returning. They changed their name to nail lab, I'm not sure if it's the same owners. Nails are a bit crooked and a bit sloppy. I might be a bit nit picky but for $110 I think you should get a good pedicure... read more
Amazing customer service (: me and my mom frequent this family owned nail salon and we are always welcomed and treated well despite the capacity. They are good so they are in demand, be patient, as a husband and wife combo they are always willing to give you what you ask with kindness and respect. Community gem !! Horrible Experience. This nail shop charged me $105 for a pedicure and short mail set. The tech didn’t even use acrylic she used a dip powder, cut my nails too short and said they only used gel nail polish but then charged me extra when it was my only choice. I’ve had my nails Don literally 2 days and they look horrible! I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER GIVE A GOOD VERBAL RECOMMENDATION. They took advantage and don’t do a professional job whatsoever.
I didn’t want to even give them a star! They did my mom's nails so horribly that when she kept asking to fix them they wanted to keep piling more polish on instead I truly don’t recommend going to them the customer service is horrible as well!
This is a HORRIBLE place to get your nails done. Unethical business practices, overcharging, mediocre service, huge language barrier. Don’t waste your time or money here. I was charged $105 for a short nail set, the tech didn’t do the traditional acrylic nail set either she used a cheap nail dip powder with glue, the pedicure literally lasted 5 minutes she did nothing my 5 year couldn’t do at home. I am highly disappointed. Really should be getting a refund considering I got my nails done 2 days ago and they look absolutely... read more
