Not clean. The quality of their work is poor. My nails look uneven. I also experience more pain there than at other salons. The gel always burns excessively there.

I went for a gel manicure and regular pedicure and the lady who did my pedicure chased me outside the place for 3 dollars on a mistake they made with charging me 62 versus 65 dollars! I thought it was rude, unprofessional, and as I was already outside the salon. That was not the only mistake made. A different lady did my gel manicure but started taking out a nail set and glue. Made an appt for a gel pedicure. This was honestly the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Not only was it incredibly rushed, but the lady was super aggressive with the drill and was hurting me. I told her a few times that she was hurting me and rather than apologize and chill out, she very obviously talked about me to the other ladies doing pedicures near her. Clearly I made her mad. Too bad! I don’t go for pedicures to be rushed in and out and to get beat up.

Went with a group of friends. The online site was convenient since it allowed for me to book all 3 of our appointment simultaneously. They took great care of us. I added in a French gel manicure last minute and they were able to accommodate.
