I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at this nail salon. During my appointment, the technician cut my finger and made it bleed. There was no proper response, no real concern shown, and no sincere apology. That alone is alarming. The gel manicure was extremely sloppy, uneven, and poorly done. It looked rushed and unprofessional. I left in pain, frustrated, and completely disappointed. What makes it worse is that I paid $65 for this service. 1. We called ahead to make an appointment and named the 3 requests . When we arrived , they said they could only do 2 of the 3 requests. They were not busy. 2. We discussed pricing prior to beginning nails and showed pictures and asked follow up questions, $65. 3. Midway I noticed they had yet done the design (they forgot) and up charged me after we had agreed on price showing the designs, $75. staff will talk about you directly in front of you. ivy is extremely rude. instead of speaking to me she would swat my hand if i wasn’t holding it correctly.” she kept painting outside of my nails and acting as if i was my fault. one of my nails got messed up and she had an attitude with me. left me at the air dryers for 20 minutes and didn’t even tell me when i was done, another staff member did. she’s just rude and has a bad attitude as if im not paying for her to service me . i’ve had bad encounters with her multiple time... read more
