Ellie did my pedi and was great. She had good conversation and message on point. I wish I would move known before hand that they ONLY take cash tips. I left and got cash and came back she was so good. Usually I go where they serve drinks but I’ll take Service over a Mimosa ANYDAY!! Thank you

I originally rated this place 5 stars, but over the past few months the quality has gone downhill while the prices have gone up without providing a luxury experience to match. My nails consistently break within a week every time I get them done here. My most recent visit was $50 for a fill-in, plus $5 for a repair, and another $5 just for using my card. I JUST CAME INTO THE SALON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT A BROKEN NAIL THAT CAME OFF TWO DAYS AFTER GETTING MY NAILS DONE. WHEN I ENTERED, NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH AND I WAS TOLD THE OWNER AND MANAGER WOULD NOT HONOR A FIX FOR MY NAILS. THE NAIL TECH DID A HORRIBLE JOB, AND THE WOMAN UP FRONT (WHO CLAIMED TO BE THE MANAGER) SAID THERE WAS A “3-DAY POLICY.” I REACHED OUT ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND ONLINE ABOUT GETTING MY NAILS FIXED, BUT NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. I thoroughly enjoyed the service - Design and shape of my nails were so detailed and accurate just like the example photo - pedicure was 10/10 (Everyone was truly detailed and I loved that) I did have minor mishap and I assumed it was the establishment (my error) but they assisted me with solving it with the appropriate party. I do apologize for the assumption but appreciate the way they handled it
