The receptionist was the only one in the building who spoke English so she had to translate everything I said which is unfair to her and the clients. I picked a color and durring the appointment instead of telling me they ran out of the color they chose to just grab a different one and hope it would be okay. Loved this place, it was my first time coming here and it was really nice to go. Yes there was a wait since they had a special going but it was worth waiting. I forgot the name of the lady but it was on the receipt which is all I remember that it started with a C but she was really nice. If i go back I would go back with her. She took her time and did everything precisely and gentle. Got there around 8 and left almost at 10:30. Waited an hour and then got the service. It was pretty busy but they move pretty fast. Terrible service and overpriced for bad nails. Employees are rude and don’t care about the work that they do. I came in to get my nails done and had to wait an hour because they only had 2 techs working even though they had a line. My nails were not straight and they tried to tell me it was my finger even though I explained that all of the nails were slanted.
