Did a gelish. Two Nails chipped the next day.
The cuticle care is a TORTURE, The manicurist directly injured the skin around my nail with the cuticle pusher. She didn’t soften the cuticles first and just aggressively pushed them back. I’ve never been treated so roughly before — the skin around my nail started bleeding.
The " Your Hot" heat reactive polish was not as advertised. I was very disappointed. Opposite of what was advertised!!
Careless staff, I asked for a deep cleaning manicure, but got the worst manicure ever. She didnt know how to remove my previous shellac and doesnt know how to clean properly. Very rude staff.
