Careless staff, I asked for a deep cleaning manicure, but got the worst manicure ever. She didnt know how to remove my previous shellac and doesnt know how to clean properly. Very rude staff.

Boughy nail treatment pens for cuticle treatment etc. What load of rubbish. The bottom of one pen came off to reveal a tiny amount of oily liquid inside and regardless of seeing this paltry amount it was used diligently but revealed no discerning results … waste of money and a load of hype.
Booked an appointment for 12.20 - Selfridges. Sat around and waited After asking how long it will take the lady tells me to go have a drink and come back as she is finishing another job. Be courteous Talk nicely What does that cost You? And they called at 11.55 to confirm my appt. If you were running late you could have told me then.
