Terrible experience. Unprofessional and quite frankly no idea what they are doing. Utter waste of time. I attended for a pedicure. I had been there for over 40 mins and they had just about got the current nail polish off and cut my toes nails extremely short (one bleeding) and uneven. The spa had been run and I was advised to put my feet in, it was ice cold. Girl then continued to try and get the water warm for 5-10 mins when she then asked someone else. I have been a client here for several years and have had good service, friendly staff and have been happy with the cost. Sadly that is no longer true. This afternoon I requested a pedicure and manicure. I was not informed that the pedicure had no hot water- I had to wait for kettles to be boiled (after work on my feet had been started.) The manicure - no massage offered, no hand wash after cuticle oil. Payment - I am entitled to a Senior discount. I was told the cost was $90 and the discount was $5. The shop is very dirty not professional looking at all. The technicians are constantly talking and giggling to each other in a different language which also comes across un-professional and rather intimidating. I won't be going here again, not a nice pampering experience for $85

I recently got my nails done here, and while the results were nice, I was shocked by the price—$173 for a pedicure with shellac and a manicure with BIAB seems excessive. On top of that, the technician who did my nails was quite rude and made judgmental comments about the appearance of my natural nails, which made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to the high cost and poor customer service, I won’t be returning.
