I have been a client here for several years and have had good service, friendly staff and have been happy with the cost. Sadly that is no longer true. This afternoon I requested a pedicure and manicure. I was not informed that the pedicure had no hot water- I had to wait for kettles to be boiled (after work on my feet had been started.) The shop is very dirty not professional looking at all. The technicians are constantly talking and giggling to each other in a different language which also comes across un-professional and rather intimidating. I won't be going here again, not a nice pampering experience for $85

I recently got my nails done here, and while the results were nice, I was shocked by the price—$173 for a pedicure with shellac and a manicure with BIAB seems excessive. On top of that, the technician who did my nails was quite rude and made judgmental comments about the appearance of my natural nails, which made the experience uncomfortable. Unfortunately, due to the high cost and poor customer service, I won’t be returning.

Within a few days my shellac had started chipping and peeling off my toes, after a week 4 of the nails had come off. Went back to question it, I had photo evidence of dates when the shellac peeled off and they told me there’s nothing they could do because it had been too long. Won’t be going back here

I've been going to Nail Idol in Whitfords for a year now, and I can't recommend it enough! Ron has been doing my nails, and he is absolutely amazing. He’s always up for a challenge and consistently delivers stunning nails that make me so happy every time. His talent and attention to detail are unmatched. A special shoutout to Zoe as well—when Ron was away, she did my nails, and I was just as pleased with the results.
