Not happy with my nails or pedicure left skin on my nails and did not do a full job also left me waiting long time to go finish other clients nails
this place is horrible the most unprofessional and unsanitary salon i’ve ever been to. they do a horrible job i asked for a simple design and had to tell her just to take it off because she was unable to do it. the lady who does pedicures is extremely rude and always on the phone. i’ve left with scabs from them drilling my skin and me bleeding. don’t be fooled by the cheap “discounts” it’s only because they are a joke of a salon.
Should be 1 Star but since my technician was good I will give 2 stars. My pedicure was great, meticulously done and regular nail polish was perfect. My gel mani was horrible. The lamp or nail polish were probably broken/old because almost all the polish came off less than 3 hrs later. Very frustrating because I don’t live in the area the only recourse that was given to me was to come back to get it fixed. I was not offered a refund. Tried a ton of nail salons in west palm and I have been coming back here every month since my first appointment. The owner, Stephanie, does a great gel, dip, and acrylic set manicure. She’s great at matching an inspo photo too! They can always fit me in for an appointment and work fast. The pricing is better than anywhere else I’ve seen in West Palm. Love!
