I've been a customer for a good while and thought I had a good rapport with my nail tech Ben even when I didn't have the best experience with reception. Unfortunately, today that all changed and I'll have to be getting my nails done elsewhere and no longer making referrals. I arrived on time for my appointment and as usual proceed to show Ben two styles that I was considering and another that I would like for my next appointment and asked the prices of which I made my decision and informed him of such.
