Don’t come on Monday I guess. appointment 2:15, waited til 2:30, 3 employees none said anything so I left. Very awkward
The nail technician did a wonderful job on my nails! I asked for a specific design and she took the care to satisfy my design choices. Also was fairly priced- happy with the end product! :)

This is my second time visiting Living Arts Nails, and I am completely satisfied with their service. I went in today for an acrylic refill with Kate, and she was amazing. She is very kind, professional, detail-oriented, and truly talented at what she does. I love my nails and will definitely be back!
To begin with, I asked for a 2pm appointment and they said its very busy at 2 but 3:15 will be a better idea. Assuming that its them who suggested the time they will keep a technician ready, I reached at 3:10. Was told to be seated on one chair for pedicure and till 3:45 nobody came. No explanation. Once the technician came, no apologies or concerns for making someone wait DESPITE the delay.
