Came here with my friend and was very relax with professional service. All staff are so nice , store is clean. We will cone back . Strongly recommended!
☆☆☆☆ I was very disappointed with my experience. My biggest concern was hygiene. During the pedicure, it appeared that the same scrub container was being used for multiple customers instead of using individual portions for each client. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness and sanitation. A nail salon should prioritize proper hygiene and infection control. Because of this experience, I don’t feel confident returning or recommending this salon until their hygiene practices improve.

The service was amazing. She was super sweet and overall it was a amazing experience. I definitely recommend coming here.
I initially had a disappointing experience with my Shellac manicure, as the polish started peeling and chipping within a week, which is not what I would expect from a Shellac service. However, I would like to appreciate Phoenix for her excellent customer service and professionalism.
