I visited there for my broken nail, one nail technician told me $7, but at the cashier they charged me $10 only for one nail. The work was unprofessional and I am not satisfied

Went for the first time this morning, got right in (walk in) for a fill. Great prices for nails. I believe my tech's name was Kathryn? She was very friendly, did a really clean beautiful job and it took her only 45 mins start to finish. I was a little hesitant based on other reviews but I'll definitely be back!

Extremely unprofessional what a hideous place terrible employees that will literally rip off your cuticles. Fingers are in pain paid $65 for garbage. Now I have to get a removal and shaping is so horrible and messy but fingers are in total pain very unhygienic dirty place

I was just going to leave 2 stars with no further comment, but my finger is still in pain. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. Everything was fine until the woman doing my nails started digging into my finger with the clippers. You can see the red mark where she dug in. I hoped the pain would fade by now but it has been some hours. I wrapped a band aid around my finger to help numb the pain. I used to come here occasionally but not anymore. I spent $90+ for shellac. I was in the area and decided to get an acrylic refill at this place. My first time visiting and will never go back. The lady who did my nails at desk 11 left some of my nails lumpy. I still tipped her $5 Then the guy at the desk charged me 5% tax on cash payment. I have no problem paying my full taxes but I suspect they keeping that 5% themselves.
