Very fast and friendly
Went to get my acrylics removed because this place is near my house, I asked them if they soak the nails first and then remove because I don’t wanna damage my nail. I sat down and the tech starts to take my nails off with a nail tip. I only had about 6 nails to remove between my two hands cause the rest popped off. I said can u soak them first and she said yeah but didn’t. I was in a rush so I didn’t object to this method.
