Waited at counter for over 5 minutes. Gentleman nail technician didn't even asked what I wanted. Fed up waiting and no response both myself and another customer walked off. If you don't want the business why bother opening. If i could give zero rating i would as you dont provide a service. This salon has really gone downhill.

Don’t come here unless you want hideous uneven nails with no colour choices. These nail techs were rude, they over charged me to what their pricing was saying. The nail techs kept pulling at my arms even though I was already leaning all the way over, she had asked me a question and I asked to repeat it because she spoke so quietly (she wasn’t speaking quiet before), then she just refused to ask again and continued doing what she thought was right. This was my third time going to them. But I have known them for years. I have had no issues with them whatsoever but this time the girl which was pretty unprofessional took 45 minutes and more if I let her to just remove my acrylic using acetone. I know it could be stubborn but I can just tell man you don’t know what you are doing. I was obviously in so much hurry but she was helping another customer and she was trying to glue the extensions on the customers nail but it accidentally got it on herself.
