The nail tech left crap all under my nails, the sides rough and tried to up sale on everything. I asked for basic set with clear coat..no gel and just standard shape. She wanted to "try' the other coat but I said no thank you..I like simple clear coat. I was up charged for both. AND they charge to remove the old nails when getting a new set - when did that become the norm! It has been less than a week and the sides are chipping. First and last visit
I hated this place, only one person speaks English and has to come and translate to the nail techs. They charge way too much, the girl who did my nails was horrible. One nail ended up breaking and another broke off! My nails were super thick and did not feel natural! I had dip powder technique. One nail was not filed correctly and was rough on edges. My cuticle was cut way short and bled. I will never go here again this place is horrendous! Avoid this place at all costs, no customer service what so ever!
