Once upon a time, I considered this place a diamond in the rough. Every nail tech was great at their job - once upon a time. Now, there’s like two good nail techs and the rest have no idea what they’re doing. I don’t think most of them are even certified. The last time I went there, a woman who didn’t know English was doing my nails, and when it came time to paint them, she told me to “wait”. There always gentle, they never make my nails sore or bleed like other nail salons, vary nice work and affordable 💅 I think other girls that had a bad experience must be because there was new women working there learning.

The acrylics they did on me wasn't shaped correctly, and wasn't even close to what I wanted. It looks so bad. I asked for an oval shaped and the girl did square and didn't even listen to what I requested. They just wanted to do everything so quick even tho there we no other customers.

I was so disappointed with my experience. Not only was this place dirty but definitely poor customer service skills. I Asked for gel on my hands and toes. they messed up the design I asked for on my feet completely.. didn't listen and did her own thing 🤣 she was having the hardest time making a heart design like it's so easy. The woman working on my feet was so ruff I got a bruise on my leg from her massaging so hard like come on a massage shouldn't hurt. I had my nails done less then a week ago and I've already lost 3 nail... read more
