Came into Nail Experts to have a fill done on a French manicure. Lynn rushed through the fill making several mistakes. 1. Thumbnails were cut significantly shorter than the rest of my nails. When I pointed this out she laughed and said "sorry I cut them too short". No offer to re-do them. 2. I had a broken pinky that needed a new tip. This nail is too long and not even with the other hand, acrylic put on is extremely thick. Only 1 coat of bubble bath base was put on and it has an obvious smudge that was simply ignored. 3. I love this spot! All the staff are friendly and remember who you are. I personally see Kenny and have never been disappointed in a set. Also he does incredible eyebrows
