Usually its quite good. A few weeks ago I had someone do my nails who was very rushed, messy, not careful and left tons of air bubbles in the shellac. After 7-8 days the nails were lifting off, chipping, peeling and you could still see all of the bubbles. I went back and Kenny offered to fix them for me. He redid the entire set and did a beautiful job. I was willing to pay something to have them redone but he didnt charge me. I came in because I wasn’t happy with my original nails unfortunately Its hard for me to speak up when I don't like something. They were so very kind about it, the receptionist was amazing and got the nail tech to redo my nails and I appreciate the nail tech for taking the time to fix them! Very accommodating place and very kind staff. :)
