I’m a retired manicurist who is really picky. Finding the right fit with someone who gets me is important. I’ve been going to Nails Done in Encinitas for a year now and I’ve had excellent success with Anna, Yulia and Yuka. The shop is clean, actively busy and everyone is kind.
I’ve been going to Nails Done and seeing Anna, and she is absolutely amazing! She is friendly, sweet, professional, and always takes her time to make sure everything is perfect. I had to call the office to cancel my appointment. I left a voicemail asking them to call me back. When they called me back, there was a notice saying that AI was taking notes. Then they hung up on me. I called again, and this time there was no notice at all. They canceled my appointment, but now I’m confused. What’s going on?
