Terrible service. They talk negatively about customers. I got my nails done with the technician that usually does my nail and this time she had a bad attitude and she rushed my nails..i wanted to get designs but i noticed her attitude while doing my nails and decided to just get a regular gel manicure with no designs …AND i always tip her well. I had a mixed experience during my visit. My nails didn’t come out exactly how I wanted, but they were okay enough. My eyebrows turned out really nice, so no complaints there. The real issue was with my finger — the same finger was cut twice, first by the nail file and then again by the drill. That made it really uncomfortable, and now I have to remove the nails early because it’s too painful to keep them on. I don’t feel like it was fair to be charged full price after that.
