I always appreciate Lori's warm and professional atmosphere. Her suite is adorable, and she has lots of color choices and options. Her terms and policies are laid out in a way that's easy to understand, and I definitely appreciate that she holds her clients to a high standard so that no one has to wait, unlike at most salons. I have been places where my appointments have been pushed back because the person before me came late to their appointment, or the staff accepted a walk-in ahead of my appointment.
