Went to this place for 2+ years every other week to same tech (20%+ tip each time) for nails and occasional pedicure. Their policy is they will fix a "problem" if there is one. Went and needed a fix before I went on vacation (preventative measure). The technician had a hissy fit even though I had an appointment for the fix and arrived early so as to not make him wait etc...
