I am extremely disappointed by my experience at Nails Charm in Orange. During my most recent visit, I turned on Google Translate and heard a staff member making derogatory comments about my appearance in their language. Specifically, they said that “all this skin could be be made as pork grinds.” Hearing this as a customer was shocking, offensive, and deeply inappropriate. Today was my first time trying Nails Charm and I absolutely loved it! I got a manicure and pedicure, both gel. Both Kathy and Tina were friendly, professional and did an amazing job! They have a 20% deal until March, I highly recommend giving this nail salon a try. When you do, try the hot stones…you’ll thank me later! I will definitely be going back! 💅😊
