I was using Victoria for several months. Although her mani and pedis are amazing the constant schedule changes were not. I used her for approximately 8 months going 2xs a week. More than half of the appointments were rescheduled. One time I was already there by the time she texted me to let me know she could not make it, another time I was leaving on vacation and she canceled on me last minute.
