Love it here, always great service and atmosphere!
Treated terribly. They were arguing over who was going to do my nails. I was wrapped in acetone for way too long! Worst pedicure I have ever received. The OWNER told me she would get me a GOOD ONE next time! AND, the place is NOT CLEAN.
Had SUCH a great experience here today after a horrible one at a different nail salon, where I left with chunky, uneven nails with a design I was very skeptical about. I explained the situation to the nail tech, who was the sweetest and most understanding person ever, and she completely fixed my nails. I left with a gorgeous, smooth red that makes me feel like myself again. Everyone in the salon was kind and friendly, 10/10 would recommend! My before and after in the photos:
I had a really disappointing experience here. My nail tech didn’t trim my cuticles, didn’t apply any cuticle oil or lotion, and skipped the usual hand massage at the end—which are all basic parts of a proper nail service. I was left soaking my nails for an uncomfortably long time while my tech went off to play with another customer’s dog, which felt unprofessional and inconsiderate.
