Been coming here for my nails & eyebrows since I was 10!! My nails are always so pretty and this is the only place I trust with my eyebrows.

I took my mom to this nail salon for an eyebrow and full face wax. Before the service started, I specifically asked the staff member to please be careful and not burn my mom’s skin. Unfortunately, my concerns were ignored. The technician showed little regard for caution and ended up burning my mom’s face during the procedure. This experience was very upsetting and completely unacceptable. A service that is supposed to be simple and routine turned into something harmful.
