Susan is an amazing nail tech! She pays great attention to detail, fixes whatever shaping issue you might have before she applies polish (and she's happy to do it), is extremely sanitary, ALWAYS on time and a true joy to spend time with. Also, first timers get a free nail art! How fun is that? A ton! She's been doing nails for 30+ years and it shows as she's a true proffesional. Oh! And she's very affordable! I heard good things but we’re Very rude when answering the phone called two hours before closing and they were mad I called three times. Had an attitude. Not professional for a “business”.
I highly recommend going to Susan! Unlike any other nail salon I've been to, she takes her time and actually encourages your feedback in order to make you as satisfied as possible with your nails. Don't hesitate to make an appointment with her! Your nails will thank you lol
Susan is a seasoned professional, that can do anything you want with nail art. She’s pleasant, clean, and really fast!
Sloppy! Sloppy work! Frustrated experience. I asked for acrylic set. Shes not that good. She cannot handle light pink, chalk color paint and she said "dont bring that color again". For the acrylic- I had to ask her to fill in the gaps...she doesnt get close to the cuticle. Her fan blew black lint on the nail..and i had to ask her to repaint...then the cotton fibers were getting in the way.....she didnt have the standard lil fan...u have keep those running..sloppy work..never going back...and she uses the fire victim card alo... read more
