The suites are really lovely the appeal is definitely there and all the different businesses are brilliant the reception/ welcoming staff could use some training as the young lady wasn’t very welcoming at all in fact she was rude on arrival I greeted her after being left outside the building for some time trying to access my appointment and was left with silence and a dirty look. Not a great first impression unfortunately.

Phenics, Salon and Spa in Deer Park ‼️As I have now learned after speaking with other tenants, Phenix salon in Deer Park   ‼️this is not a random one-time incident, but a well-thought-out business model. The company takes a deposit even before signing the lease agreement, and then, if the client changes their mind about signing the contract, they are pressured into signing documents and told that the deposit will not be returned. The place is very nice and clean but the receptionist was not welcoming at all.
