I asked for French tip nails with a small flower design, but unfortunately the design wasn’t done, and the French tips came out crooked with uneven lines. I paid $80 and was disappointed because the final result didn’t match what I requested or the quality I expected for that price.
If I could give this place no stars I would. This salon is unprofessional and cleanliness was absolutely appalling. A technician tried to put a dirty toe separator on my mother after it being in the ground and ON SOMEONE ELSE’S TOES. Another technician who was working on my sister-n-law.m, overcharged for the type of service she asked for. Never gave her the listed services that she asked for, ripped her cuticles TO SHREDS, possibly causing infection. Even stopped working on my sister so that she could take another walk in.

This place was horrible, as a first time customer.. now I see why all there reviews are bad.. they are very rude.. the lady who TRIED doing my nails kept rolling her eyes because I wasn’t trying to leave there with ugly nails…. Then when I ask for the “manager” they tell me they just work there… All I wanted was to remove BLUE nail polish, and get regular white French nails. I wanted to clarify that this is in fact the exact salon I went to and received this set at. Specifically from a man with glasses. I did not realize how horrid the nails came out until I got outside. As a business you should not call anyone a liar. I am not stupid, I know exactly which nail salon I went to. JB nails right next door to petsmart, the ONLY nail place located there.
