PAID $80 FOR NAILS TO POP OFF LIKE DOLLAR GENERAL NAILS!!! Got my nails done here spent $55 had three nails break off within five days, Literally popped off like plastic nails!! So I go back and she says it’s gonna be free to get them fixed so I decided to change the color because the first set looked bad anyway (the nude he picked didn’t match my skin at all) and she charges me $25 more just for a simple color change and then the very next day I lost another one!!!! I’ve never been so angry with a nail salon. NEVER AGAIN!!
Service was good and salon was clean looking. Decent price as well. Only issue is that I noticed they used a used pumice stone that can not be sanitized between clients and the utensils and files also looked used.
I just finished getting my nails done here. And all I can say is I absolutely do not like my nails. I went in there and asked for 2XL coffin shaped nails. The nails that I have now are not anything that I asked for and I even brought a picture of how I’ve been getting my nails done for the past eight years just for reference because I come from California and for whatever reason the nail techs out here cannot comprehend what a 2XL coffin shaped nail looks like.
