Today I went to Nails by Ken for a full acrylic set with a design by Holly. From booking to the appointment it was a very seamless process with online booking and easy parking. Holly was amazing and very kind and took a lot of time to make sure I was happy with my set. As a LGBTQ person she made me feel very comfortable. The facility was well maintained and clean. KEN is very nasty and have a terrible attitude! Horrible customer service , not welcoming at all! I wouldn’t take my enemy to this shop! Do better! Without your customers you have no business so practice being more respectful to your customers!
Gross! Just got a pedicure and the tech tells me, more than halfway through, that she is sick. Sick people should not be working in close quarters with customers or, at the very least, they should have a good mask on. Also, they are reusing emery boards and sanding bands instead of using a new one for each customer like they are required to do by law. This place is not sanitary or safe. I'm not coming back and I'm notifying the health department.
