So clean and professional! I really enjoyed my time there and will be back again. The prices were fair and the people were kind. Huge variety of color options and talented design work. Showed them a picture and she recreated it quickly and effectively!
Website and door says they do walk-in’s and I drove all the way here for them to tell me they don’t have anything until after 2, 3, or 4 pm.
I have been going to Nails by Ken for a couple years off/on. The Service always begins on a good note and slowly falls off. And it appears, it's all to attract your business initially and then - just flat out take your business for granted. My Nail Tech is Olivia and on a total of (4) recent visits since coming back, she takes it upon herself and charges me for Classic Pedicure w/Callus instead of the Basic Classic Pedicure (a difference of $5). This is a lovely salon with very gracious techs. Olivia is wonderful, but so are the others. Very professional, they all know what they are doing. Just a great experience. Wouldn’t go any place else.
