Karen is amazing at what she does and very sweet. I unfortunately was late to the appointment because my gps would not recognize the address and she was very understanding about it. I am definitely coming back (on time!!) and will be telling others to go to her. She is rated 5 stars for a reason! ✨
While visiting the Charlotte area I extended my stay an extra week but needed a fill in. I am a licensed nail tech in the State of Indiana since 1984 and am EXTREMELY particular about my nails. Karen exceeded my expectations. She is professional, personable and very talented in the art of nails. She uses the top of the line products. It was a pleasure to leave with absolutely perfect nails! If I ever visit again I will return to Karen's Nails!

Been going to Karen for about 7-8 months now and she always takes care of me. She's able to do anything I can imagine or she'll give me cute ideas when I can't think of anything. Super sweet, never any issues with my nails, and always love the shape (which I'm picky about)!
