I booked my appointment directly through their website, and showed up as scheduled. When I arrived, the entire salon was closed and no one was there. Instead of honoring my confirmed appointment, she tried to cancel last minute by texting me at 9:30 PM the night before and again right before my appointment. ELLY did her big one!!! Meaning she was professional, attentive, and very friendly. I loved my full set and choice of color. Her deposit goes towards your final price which is extremely nice and affordable to take care of yourself.
