They were nice no doubt about that but the lady doing my nails was a older lady middle aged I would say and didn't speak English but that doesn't matter but didn't know how to do a flower design made someone else do it not a problem but when she was filing my nail down from the attempt she made at it she drilled it so hard and deep my nails were hurting. I’m very disappointed with my first experience at this nail salon. I ended up with a painful wound on my finger because the nail technician was too rough and not gentle at all. It felt like she was rushing, and it really hurt. On top of that, the staff were just talking and laughing with each other the whole time, not paying attention to their work. I expected better service, especially for my first time. Now I have a wound that’s still sore, and I honestly regret coming here. Definitely not going back
I’m not satisfied with the service. My nail polish started coming off in just 2 days. They seemed to be taking too many customers at once and not paying proper attention. Even though I had an appointment at 1:00, I was still kept waiting for 25 minutes. Very disappointing experience.
Got a toe infection! I've been getting pedicures at different salons but this is the first time I have gotten a toe infection. The lady asked if I wanted to cut my nails but I didn't expect her to cut the side of my big toe and pull out part of my nail! At first I thought she just removed a ingrown (even though I never had issues with ingrowns before) but as soon as I got home I felt like something was off and part of my toe is swollen.
