Very unprofessional services and behavior. My first appointment, Allie cancelled on me...My second appointment I arrived five minutes early and waited for her to finish the customer ahead of me for almost 45 minutes. For my third appointment I needed to reschedule and Allie complained via txt. My fourth appointment, Allie cancelled on me because "The toilet needed fixing" at her facility and told me to come in tomorrow and never texted me back the details and left me hanging. I bought a groupon for my wife's birthday with Allie. My wife a month later still can't use her groupon. She doesn't answer her calls. Then, she doesn't return texts or messages. We continued to reach out to her over 5 times to schedule an appointment and she NEVER returned a single text or call. We even went through the online portal, which says the appointment isn't actually booked until it is confirmed.
