The customer service at this place is terrible. Perhaps if the employees learned proper English, they could actually schedule correctly. Twice I asked, "that's 2pm, correct?" Whoever replied "yes." I get there at 2pm and she has me down for 3pm. Second time, they don't have me down at all! Complete incompetence. I will never (try to) give my business to them again.
